## Privacy statement

### 1. Who we are

CS PriceWatch is a service by Channel Support BV, Rading 46B, 1231 KB Loosdrecht, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 94554455. Channel Support BV is the controller for the data you provide through this website.

### 2. What data we process

Through the contact form: name, company, email address, web shop URL and your message. In the portal: your account details, your 2FA link and an access log. Through price monitoring: only public product data from web shops, no personal data.

### 3. Why we do this

To answer your question, schedule a demo, deliver the service and keep your account secure. We do so based on the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in answering questions and, for cookies, your consent.

### 4. How long we keep data

Contact messages are kept for at most 12 months. Account data is kept while you are a customer, plus 7 years where tax law requires it.

### 5. Who we share data with

Only with processors needed to run the service, such as hosting and email. These parties process data within the European Union and have a data processing agreement with us. We never sell data.

### 6. Cookies

By default we only set necessary cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies stay off until you consent. Change your choice under [Cookie settings](https://pricewatch.nu/en/privacy#cookies).

### 7. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and object to processing. Email [info@pricewatch.nu](mailto:info@pricewatch.nu). You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

## Terms and conditions


### Article 1 · Definitions

In these terms, “Channel Support” means Channel Support BV, located at Rading 46B, Loosdrecht, the Netherlands (KVK 94554455). “Customer” is the party that enters into an agreement to use CS PriceWatch. “Service” is the CS PriceWatch platform, including the portal, proposals and feeds.

### Article 2 · Applicability

These terms apply to every quotation and agreement for CS PriceWatch. Deviations only apply if agreed in writing. The customer’s own general terms do not apply.

### Article 3 · The service

CS PriceWatch tracks public prices and makes price proposals based on the strategy the customer sets. The customer decides which proposals are approved and remains responsible for the prices in their web shop and channels.

### Article 4 · Payment and cancellation

The subscription is invoiced monthly in advance and can be cancelled monthly. Invoices are payable within 14 days. After cancellation the service stays active until the end of the current month.

## Cookie settings

pricewatch.nu only sets necessary cookies by default (language, theme and your cookie choice). Analytics (anonymously measuring how the site is used) and marketing (measuring the effect of ads) are off by default.
