Features

# From competitor price to live price, in six parts.

Each part does one thing well. Together they give you a list of proposals every morning to review and approve.

[Competitor monitor](#monitor) [Product matching](#matching) [Pricing strategies](#strategie) [Proposals](#voorstellen) [Feeds](#feeds) [Margin & log](#logboek)

Competitor monitor

## See where you stand on every product.

Every night we monitor the public prices of the web shops you follow. You see your rank, your price index and which competitor moved.

- Rank and price index per product and category
- Shipping costs and stock status included
- Outdated prices stop counting after 7 days

*Example table with five competitor prices for one product, sorted from cheap to expensive.*

Smart product matching

## The same product, even under another name.

We match on EAN first. Products without a barcode are compared too, on brand, title, size and price. In a free scan before the demo you see for how many of your products this works. Unsure about a match? You review it, and we remember your choice.

- Certain matches active immediately
- Doubtful cases in a separate review list
- Rejected matches don’t come back

*Two product cards side by side with an 82 percent match that needs review.*

Pricing strategies

## Your rules, applied consistently.

Define how you want to price in a six-step wizard. A separate strategy per category, brand or product group.

- Target position relative to the cheapest or the average
- Margin floor and minimum and maximum price
- Rounding to .95 or .00 and a maximum pace per step

*Example pricing strategy with four rules.*

Proposals with explanations

## Always clear why.

At 06:00 the proposals are ready. Each one shows which competitor you follow, which rule applied and what it does to your margin.

- Approve one by one or in bulk
- Adjust before you approve
- Unusual prices go into quarantine

*List of three price proposals, each with a short reason.*

Feeds

## Approved means published.

Approved prices go to your web shop through an integration: PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento or an XML feed for other platforms. For Google Ads there is a supplemental Merchant Center feed. It contains margin and rank per product, not price: a price different from your store causes disapprovals at Google. This lets you steer your Shopping bids on margin and rank.

- One feed URL per channel
- Only approved changes
- Excel export for your own analysis

*Diagram: PriceWatch sends approved prices to PrestaShop, Shopify, WooCommerce, Shopware, Magento, an XML feed and a Google Ads feed with margin and rank.*

Margin impact and log

## Look back at what each change did.

Every approved price is in the log: who, when, why, and the effect on your margin. So you can see whether your strategy works.

- Margin impact per change and per period
- Who approved what, with timestamp
- Exportable to Excel

*Log with three price changes and their margin impact.*

## See it with your own products.

In a 30-minute demo we show what PriceWatch does for your range.
